Foam Fire Extinguishers

AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) extinguishers are designed to tackle Class A (wood, paper, textiles) and Class B (flammable liquids like petrol, diesel, and oils) fires.

The foam discharges as a thick, cooling liquid that rapidly expands to form a physical blanket over the burning material.

  • Dual-Action Suppression: The water content rapidly cools the heat source, while the foam blanket starves the fire of oxygen.

  • Prevents Re-ignition: The foam seals the surface of the flammable liquid, trapping dangerous vapors so the fire cannot reignite.

  • Highly Versatile: Perfect for mixed-risk environments where both regular combustibles and fuel spills are present.

  • Safer Cleanup: Compared to dry powder, foam is much easier to clean up and doesn't obscure vision or cause respiratory irritation when discharged indoors.

We exclusively supply premium, European-manufactured Foam extinguishers. Foam agents are water-based, which means sourcing cheap, uncertified alternatives introduces severe risks—especially in Hong Kong’s humid climate:

Internal Rust & Cylinder Rupture: Cheap cylinders lack high-quality internal anti-corrosion linings. The water-based foam will literally rust the cylinder from the inside out, guaranteeing it will fail mandatory FSD hydro-tests and posing a severe rupture hazard.

Degraded Foam Agent: Low-quality foam concentrates can separate, congeal, or degrade over time in high heat. When discharged, they produce a watery mess instead of a thick, vapor-sealing blanket, failing to stop the fire.

Silent Pressure Leaks: Substandard rubber seals and cheap plastic valves degrade quickly, leading to depressurization. The extinguisher will be completely dead when you go to pull the pin.
